The Align Pilates Combo Chair III boasts notable enhancements that elevate its performance and functionality. Despite its resemblance to the previous version, the chair now offers a smoother and quieter experience due to several improvements. These include a novel pedal locking system, upgraded pedal axle with roller bearings, noiseless rubber-coated spring hooks, and a sturdy chrome spring tree.
-Designed with a sturdy steel frame and maple veneered marine ply for exceptional structural strength.
-Includes four spring systems, each with four positions and two variations in strength, providing a wide range of resistance.
-Features sleek cut outsides for effortless access and replacement of springs when positioned against a wall.
-Effortlessly add Resistance Bands (Light, Medium & Strong) for additional arm exercises.
-Attach the A-Series Jump Board for enhanced back support and improved posture.
-Adjustable, noise-free handles can be set between 115cm and 145cm, and can also be used on the reformer.
-The pedals can be easily joined or separated with a newly designed locking slider underneath, offering the option of single or split pedal functionality.

Return Eligibility
✔ Faulty or Damaged Products: Products that are faulty or damaged (not due to misuse) are eligible for returns.
✔ Change of Mind: Due to the size and nature of Pilates equipment, returns for change of mind are not accepted.
✔ Unused & Original Packaging: If the product remains unused and in its original packaging, returns are allowed at the customer’s expense within 7 days of receipt.
✔ Return Request Deadline: You must contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return.
Faulty or Damaged Orders
✔ Report Issues: If your order arrives faulty or damaged, provide images and details within 3 working days.
✔ Resolution Process:
- We will inspect the issue at our head office and determine the best resolution.
- In most cases, we will ship necessary replacement parts to resolve the issue.
- If replacement parts cannot resolve the issue, we will provide instructions for an appropriate resolution.
Return & Refund Process
✔ Inspection & Approval: Refunds are processed after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
✔ Refund Timeline: Once approved, refunds will be issued within 14 working days.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
✔ Original Owner Coverage: Warranty applies only to the original owner with proof of purchase.
✔ Usage Limit: Covers light commercial use up to 27.5 hours per week.
✔ Covered Repairs: Align-Pilates will repair or replace defective mechanical parts due to material or workmanship issues.
✔ Exclusions: Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized repairs, scratches, or upholstery damage.
✔ Return Requirement: Some warranty claims may require product inspection before replacement is issued.
✔ Shipping Costs: Warranty does not cover shipping, customs clearance, or installation fees for replacement parts.
✔ Warranty Voided If:
- Springs are not replaced as specified.
- Equipment is used outside of recognized Pilates exercises.
- Maintenance, safety, and usage instructions are not followed.

✔ Metal & Aluminum Frames – 10 years
✔ Wooden Frames, Gear & Foot Bar Mechanisms – 5 years (Must not be placed near radiators or air conditioning.)
✔ Non-Wear & Tear Components – 2 years
✔ Ropes, Straps, Handles, Clips, Fuzzies, Wheels, Foot Straps, Rotational Disks & Powder Coating – 1 year
✔ Springs – 2 years or 3,000 hours (Replace after 3,000 hours or earlier if damaged.)
✔ Upholstery – 90 days (Covers normal wear; excludes cuts, burns, stains, or misuse.)
Warranty Return Procedure
✔ Pre-Approval Required: Contact Align-Pilates or an authorized distributor for a return authorization number before sending any items.
✔ Customer Responsibility:
- Covers return shipping costs for warranty claims.
- Liable for any loss or damage during return shipping.
- If Align-Pilates declines the warranty claim, the customer is responsible for return freight.
✔ Unauthorized Returns: Items without a pre-approved authorization number will not be accepted.
Limitations of Liability
✔ No Other Warranties: Align-Pilates provides this exclusive warranty, replacing all other warranties (express or implied).
✔ No Liability for Damages: Align-Pilates and its distributors are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
