Order Cancellations
Before Your Order Ships
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders canceled before they leave the warehouse are eligible for a full refund. You can reach us via:

Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started. This applies to brands such as PENT Fitness and other made-to-order equipment.
If you are unsure whether your order falls into this category, please contact us before placing your order. All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products.
Refunds & Returns
We understand that sometimes exchanges or returns may be necessary. Here’s what you need to know:
- Exchanges: If you need to exchange a product, you are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange.
- Returns: Due to increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, outright returns will incur a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping costs. If you are exchanging the product for a different item, we may be able to assist with some of the costs.
Important Notes Before Returning a Product
By purchasing from Wellness Reformer, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
✅ I will inspect my package upon delivery, take photos if there is any damage, and report it to Wellness Reformer.
✅ I am responsible for the cost of return shipping and the shipping cost for a replacement product (if applicable).
✅ Products must be unopened and unused for a return to be accepted. An additional restocking fee may apply.
✅ If my order has already left the warehouse, I understand I am not eligible for a full refund.
✅ If I return my order after it has shipped, I will be responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee (typically 25%).
Damages & Defects
Upon Delivery
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice any damage:
- Note it on the delivery receipt when signing.
- Take photos of the damage, box, and SKU.
- Email us at support@wellnessreformer.com with a description and photos within 24 hours of delivery.
Freight damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Any punctures or visible damage must be documented immediately to ensure a valid claim.
Warranty Issues
Warranties vary by manufacturer. Please refer to individual product pages for specific warranty details. Warranty claims only cover defects that occur over time and do not apply to damages upon arrival unless reported within 30 days.
Chargebacks
We are committed to providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues you may have. Our policies are designed to be fair and among the best in the industry.
