Warranty Policy

Elina Pilates provides a warranty ensuring all new equipment is free of manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials, subject to the following terms:

  • The warranty starts from the invoice date of the original purchase.

  • Repairs or replacements under warranty are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.

  • Claims must be made within the specified warranty period.

  • Warranty remains valid if necessary upgrades required by Elina Pilates are made.

Warranty Limitations

The warranty becomes void if:

  • Equipment is misused, improperly maintained, stored outdoors, or exposed to unsuitable environments.

  • At Home Reformers are used in commercial settings.

  • Safety, maintenance, and usage guidelines are not followed.

  • Equipment is subject to modifications not authorized by Elina Pilates.

  • Springs on spring-loaded equipment are not replaced every two years.

  • Warranty does not cover damages to the finish, shipping fees, customs clearance, or installation costs.

Warranty Coverage for Equipment

  • Commercial & At-Home ReformersLifetime Warranty on aluminum rails, frame components, and Footbar mechanisms (excluding Comfort Footbar).

  • Steel or Wood Combo ChairLifetime Warranty on metal frame, 2-Year Warranty on components, 90-Day Warranty on upholstery.

  • Ladder BarrelLifetime Warranty on frame, 2-Year Warranty on components, 90-Day Warranty on upholstery.

  • Wood or Aluminum TowerLifetime Warranty on frame, 2-Year Warranty on components, 1-Year Warranty on straps and spring clips.

  • Wall Board & Wall Unit2-Year Warranty on components, 1-Year Warranty on straps and spring clips.

  • Spine Corrector & Accessories2-Year Warranty on components, 90-Day Warranty on upholstery.

  • Fabric & Upholstery90-Day Warranty (excludes cuts, burns, stains, pet damage, and misuse).

Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns accepted within 14 days from receipt of the product.

  • Only items purchased directly from Elina Pilates can be returned. Third-party purchases must be handled through the seller.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, instructions, and proof of purchase.

  • Returns must be approved first by contacting usa@elinapilates.com.

  • Once approved, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be issued and must be clearly visible on the package.

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be received within 10 days of approval.

  • Customer covers return shipping costs and is responsible for any damage or loss during transit.

  • Cash-on-delivery (COD) returns will be rejected.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made products (special upholstery, configured equipment).

  • Large equipment (Reformers, Cadillacs, Chairs, Barrels, Towers, etc.).

  • Accessories, spare parts, special shipments, and reservation fees.

Warranty Return Procedure

  • Contact usa@elinapilates.com to initiate a warranty claim.

  • If approved, a return will be processed based on warranty terms.

  • If an item is not covered by warranty, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Damaged items must be reported within 24-48 hours of delivery with proof of damage.

  • If a defective product qualifies for replacement, it must be sent for inspection before a replacement is shipped.

  • If the wrong item was sent, Elina Pilates covers the return shipping.

Once approved, refunds are immediately processed after inspection.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Processing & Delivery Time: Orders typically ship within 7 to 14 business days, depending on stock availability.
Shipping Restrictions: We ship within the continental U.S. only (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
Freight Shipments: Large equipment is shipped via ground freight carrier, packed in a cardboard box and secured to a wooden skid.
Curbside Delivery: Includes liftgate service; you are responsible for unpacking, installation, and disposal of packaging materials.

Inspection & Reporting Damages

Upon Delivery: Inspect your order before signing the waybill. Note any visible damage to the outer box/skid on the carrier’s waybill.
Authorized Signer: If someone else is signing for the package, they must be 18+ years old and aware of this inspection requirement.
🚫 Unreported Damage: We are not responsible for damages that are not reported at the time of delivery.
Product Issues: Report any damage, missing, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
Restocking Fee: Returns may be subject to a restocking fee, depending on the product.
Product Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

Warranty

Manufacturer Warranty: Warranty policies vary by product—please check individual product pages for details.
Freight Damage vs. Warranty Claims: Freight damage must be reported within 48 hours—this is separate from warranty claims, which cover defects over time.

Additional Charges & Responsibilities

Missed Delivery: If you miss your scheduled delivery, redelivery fees will apply.
Special Delivery Conditions: Additional fees apply for stairs, narrow passageways, storage delays, and after-hours/weekend deliveries.
Assembly Note: Delivery personnel are not licensed Pilates technicians and cannot assemble your equipment.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from Bodynetworx.

  • Defective equipment will be repaired or replaced according to the product warranty.

  • Returns must be pre-approved by Bodynetworx and require a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • To request an RA number, contact +1(561) 769-5595 or email shop@basisystems.com within 30 days of shipment.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the RA number.

  • Products must be in new-like condition, re-packed in original packaging, and include a copy of the original invoice.

  • Non-returnable items include:

    • Custom products (custom upholstery, size, or configuration).

    • Equipment such as Reformers, Cadillacs, Towers, Chairs, Barrels, and other Pilates apparatus.

    • Non-equipment items like springs and mat conversions.

  • Returns without prior authorization or an RA number will not be processed.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to returned items.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • For protection, it is advised to insure return shipments and use a carrier with proof of delivery.

Shipping Policy

  • Equipment is shipped in recyclable honeycomb cardboard containers for safe transit.

  • Standard curbside delivery (2-4 weeks) is included.

  • White-glove or inside delivery requires a special quote—contact Wellness Reformer for details.

Limited Warranty

  • Coverage: BASI Systems products are warranted to be free from material and workmanship defects during the warranty period.

  • Warranty solutions: Defective parts will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at Bodynetworx’s discretion.

  • Conditions for warranty claims:

    • Product must have been used for its intended purpose and maintained properly.

    • Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or exposure to harsh elements is not covered.

    • Proof of purchase required; warranty is non-transferable.

    • Shipping damage or missing parts must be reported within 5 business days of delivery and noted on the Proof of Delivery document.

Warranty Periods

  • 10 Years – Main wooden frames and structural components.

  • 2 Years – Steel & aluminum profiles, F2 systems, springs, plastic components, fasteners.

  • 1 Year – Elastomer-coated parts (e.g., footbar, pedals, stoppers, handles, wheels).

  • 90 Days – Pilates mats, upholstered parts, and fabric accessories.

Exclusions from Warranty

  • Damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, transport issues, or lack of maintenance.

  • Use for purposes outside of Pilates exercises.

  • Failure to replace springs every 2 years or after 3,000 hours of use.

  • Exposure to sunlight or heat that damages equipment.

Limitation of Liability

  • Bodynetworx is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages beyond the scope of the warranty.

PENT. Fitness

Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

  • PENT. Fitness provides a 24-month warranty from the date of sale and acceptance.

  • Covers defects in workmanship and materials but excludes damages caused by misuse, improper installation, or external factors.

  • Warranty claims must be submitted in writing or via email at info@pentfitness.com with:

    • Product name & date of purchase

    • Description of the defect/damage

    • High-resolution photos

    • Expected compensation request

  • If approved, the product will be repaired or replaced within 6 weeks.

  • Repairs are free of charge within the warranty period and should not exceed 28 working days.

  • The warranty does not cover:

    • Damage from improper use, storage, maintenance, or transportation

    • Natural wear and tear, changes in wood appearance due to climate conditions

    • Extreme environmental factors (moisture, acids, UV exposure)

    • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering

  • Repairs are done at the Guarantor's Plant after product return.

  • If a defect is not covered, PENT. Fitness may charge for inspection costs.

  • Warranty does not cover reimbursement or lost profits due to defects.

Return Policy

  • 30-day return policy from the date of receiving the item.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

  • Customers must request a return via info@pentfitness.com before sending items back.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

  • Inspect items upon arrival and report any defects, damages, or incorrect shipments immediately to info@pentfitness.com for resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Non-returnable items include:

    • Custom or personalized products

    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

    • Sale items & gift cards

Exchanges

  • Customers must return the item first before purchasing a replacement.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

  • EU customers can cancel or return orders within 14 days of receipt, no justification needed.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Non-EU Customer Protection

  • Non-EU customers can request a refund within 14 days of receipt.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days upon receiving and inspecting the return.

  • If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

  • If not received within 15 business days, contact info@pentfitness.com.

Delivery & Product Inspection

Inspection Required: Upon receiving your order, please inspect your equipment thoroughly to ensure it meets your expectations.
Reporting Issues: Any concerns, damages, or issues must be reported within 3 working days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

Faulty or Damaged Products: Products that are faulty or damaged (not due to misuse) are eligible for returns.
Change of Mind: Due to the size and nature of Pilates equipment, returns for change of mind are not accepted.
Unused & Original Packaging: If the product remains unused and in its original packaging, returns are allowed at the customer’s expense within 7 days of receipt.
Return Request Deadline: You must contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return.

Faulty or Damaged Orders

Report Issues: If your order arrives faulty or damaged, provide images and details within 3 working days.
Resolution Process:

  • We will inspect the issue at our head office and determine the best resolution.

  • In most cases, we will ship necessary replacement parts to resolve the issue.

  • If replacement parts cannot resolve the issue, we will provide instructions for an appropriate resolution.

Return & Refund Process

Inspection & Approval: Refunds are processed after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Refund Timeline: Once approved, refunds will be issued within 14 working days.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Original Owner Coverage: Warranty applies only to the original owner with proof of purchase.
Usage Limit: Covers light commercial use up to 27.5 hours per week.
Covered Repairs: Align-Pilates will repair or replace defective mechanical parts due to material or workmanship issues.
Exclusions: Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized repairs, scratches, or upholstery damage.
Return Requirement: Some warranty claims may require product inspection before replacement is issued.
Shipping Costs: Warranty does not cover shipping, customs clearance, or installation fees for replacement parts.
Warranty Voided If:

  • Springs are not replaced as specified.

  • Equipment is used outside of recognized Pilates exercises.

  • Maintenance, safety, and usage instructions are not followed.

Warranty Return Procedure

Pre-Approval Required: Contact Align-Pilates or an authorized distributor for a return authorization number before sending any items.
Customer Responsibility:

  • Covers return shipping costs for warranty claims.

  • Liable for any loss or damage during return shipping.

  • If Align-Pilates declines the warranty claim, the customer is responsible for return freight.

    Unauthorized Returns: Items without a pre-approved authorization number will not be accepted.

Limitations of Liability

No Other Warranties: Align-Pilates provides this exclusive warranty, replacing all other warranties (express or implied).
No Liability for Damages: Align-Pilates and its distributors are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
