Warranty Policy

  • Lifetime Warranty on aluminum rails, frame components, and Footbar mechanisms (excluding Comfort Footbar).

  • Steel/Wood Combo Chair: Lifetime on frame, 2 years on components, 90 days on upholstery.

  • Ladder Barrel: Lifetime on frame, 2 years on components, 90 days on upholstery.

  • Wood/Aluminum Tower: Lifetime on frame, 2 years on components, 1 year on straps & spring clips.

  • Wall Board/Wall Unit: 2 years on components, 1 year on straps & spring clips.

  • Spine Corrector & Accessories: 2 years on components, 90 days on upholstery.

  • Fabric & Upholstery: 90 days (excludes cuts, burns, stains, pet damage, misuse).

  • Warranty valid only for original purchaser with proof of purchase.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

  • Must obtain approval and RMA before returning.

  • Buyer covers return shipping.

  • Non-returnable items: custom-made products, large equipment, accessories, spare parts.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders typically ship within 7–14 business days, depending on stock.

  • Shipping restricted to continental U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico).

  • Large equipment shipped via freight carrier with curbside delivery (liftgate service included).

  • Buyer responsible for unpacking, installation, and packaging disposal.

  • Inspect shipment before signing; report damage within 48 hours.


BASI Systems

Warranty Policy

  • 10 Years: Wooden frames & structural components.

  • 2 Years: Steel & aluminum profiles, springs, F2 systems, plastic components, fasteners.

  • 1 Year: Elastomer-coated parts (footbars, pedals, handles, wheels).

  • 90 Days: Mats, upholstery, fabric accessories.

  • Warranty valid only for original purchaser; non-transferable.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Must request RA within 30 days of shipment.

  • Products must be new-like, in original packaging, with invoice.

  • Non-returnable: custom products, large equipment, springs.

  • 20% restocking fee applies.

  • Buyer covers return shipping.

Shipping Policy

  • Equipment shipped in recyclable honeycomb cardboard containers.

  • Standard curbside delivery (2–4 weeks).

  • White-glove or inside delivery available upon request (special quote required).

  • 24 months from date of sale.

  • Covers manufacturing defects; excludes misuse, improper installation, or environmental factors.

  • Repairs/replacements completed within 6 weeks.

  • Non-transferable, proof of purchase required.

Return & Refund Policy

  • 30-day return window.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

  • Prior approval required.

  • Buyer covers return shipping to Poland HQ.

  • Non-returnable: custom products, hazardous materials, gift cards.

  • 5 Years: Wooden frames, gear & footbar mechanisms.

  • 2 Years: Non-wear components.

  • 2 Years / 3,000 hours: Springs.

  • 1 Year: Ropes, straps, handles, clips, wheels, foot straps, powder coating.

  • 90 Days: Upholstery.

  • Warranty valid only for original purchaser; non-transferable.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Faulty/damaged items eligible for return.

  • No returns for change of mind.

  • Must contact within 3 working days of delivery.

  • Buyer covers return shipping.

Warranty Policy

  • 1-year limited warranty on metal frame parts of the machine.

  • Excludes: springs, handles, loops, cables, padding, upholstery, non-stick surfaces, normal wear & tear.

  • Warranty voided by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.

  • Claims must be submitted within 1 year via go@pilatesproworks.com, with photos/videos.

  • Buyer pays return shipping; company covers replacement shipping.

  • Delivery damage must be reported within 3 business days.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Must email go@pilatesproworks.com for approval & RMA.

  • Buyer must ship back within 7 days after RMA issued.

  • Items must be in original condition & packaging.

  • Buyer covers return shipping & bears risk during transit.

  • Refund after inspection.

Warranty Policy

  • Heating Elements & Electronics: Up to 5 years (some models lifetime).

  • Wood Structure: 1–2 years.

  • Warranty valid for original purchaser at original installation site.

  • Excludes misuse, outdoor placement, modifications, tampering with serial numbers.

  • Buyer pays shipping for warranty parts.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours.

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Requires RMA number.

  • Fees:

    • 20% restocking fee (for certain returns).

    • Outbound + inbound shipping (inbound = 120% of outbound).

    • Storage and routing fees if applicable.

  • No returns for used products.
