Bench K
Bench K
BenchK makes wall bars, the wooden ladder-style training frames known in Europe as Swedish ladders, and manufactures them in Rzeszów, Poland from solid beech wood and metal, entirely from Polish raw materials. This collection carries the full BenchK line we stock, from the single-ladder Series 1 to the Series 7, including variants bundled with accessory packages. Shipping is free in the continental US, with delivery typically in 3–5 business days.
How to choose BenchK wall bars
Think in three questions: who will train on it, what you want attached to it, and how much wall you can give it. The series number is the starting point. Series 1 models such as the 111 and 112 are the classic ladder in its simplest form. Series 2 is the largest family in the range, with models from the 200B to the 233B and variants that ship with accessory sets. Series 5 and Series 7 sit at the top of the line.
The add-on codes matter more than they look. Models marked +A076 include a gymnastics accessory package suited to children, and +A204 versions bundle a different accessory set; if you are buying for a family, those variants save a second order. Tell us who will use the bars and we will confirm which package fits.
Wall bars earn their place by versatility: stretching, mobility work, hanging exercises, and anchoring accessories, all on a piece that takes almost no floor area. That is why we stock them alongside Pilates equipment in our home studio collection.

Frequently asked questions
What are wall bars?
A wall-mounted wooden ladder, also called a Swedish ladder or stall bars, invented in Sweden for gymnastics training and still used for stretching, mobility, and hanging work. BenchK adapts the classic format with accessories that turn one ladder into a compact training station.
Where are BenchK wall bars made?
In Rzeszów, Poland, from Polish raw materials. The wooden elements are solid beech, hand-oiled with an organic oil rated for food contact, and the metal parts carry a 10-year warranty.
Which BenchK model is right for children?
Look at the variants bundled with the A076 gymnastics accessory package, which BenchK pairs with its ladders for kids. The bars themselves are the same solid-beech construction adults train on, so the equipment is not outgrown. Tell us the age range and wall space and we will point you to the exact model.
