At Wellness Reformer, we’re committed to delivering your premium Pilates and fitness equipment quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policies below.

 

Shipping Coverage

We ship to the 49 U.S. states, excluding:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • U.S. Virgin Islands

  • And certain other outlying islands and territories

If you’re outside the contiguous United States, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Free Shipping

  • Some of our brands include free standard shipping within our shipping coverage area.

  • For products not eligible for free shipping, rates are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Product weight and dimensions

    • Delivery location

    • Shipping method

Freight Shipping

Many of our products, such as Pilates reformers and large equipment, ship via freight carriers:

  • Freight shipments include curbside delivery only unless otherwise specified.

  • White Glove Delivery (inside delivery, room-of-choice, or basic assembly) may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us for a quote.

  • The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment.

 

Shipping Times

  • In-Stock Items: Ship within 3–10 business days after order confirmation.

  • Made-to-Order or Pre-Order Items: Shipping times vary depending on the product. Estimated lead times are listed on each product page.

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping on select products. Please note:

  • Shipping costs vary depending on:

    • Product size and weight

    • Destination country

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect all items upon delivery:

  • Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and take photos immediately.

  • Report damage to us within 48 hours so we can assist with claims or replacements.

Multiple Shipments

Because we partner with several suppliers, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. You’ll receive separate tracking information for each package.
