With the new and improved Align-Pilates Half Cadillac Wall Bracket, the Half Cadillac can be attached to a wall and used without a reformer. With the new bracket, the top and bottom bracket arms attach only to the wall instead of the floor. Please note: Fixings, bolts, and Half Cadillac not included. Warning: This unit is only suitable for attachment to solid walls and cannot be used on stud walls. We recommend engaging a professional to attach to the wall for best results. We are not able to install this for you.

✔ Faulty or Damaged Products: Products that are faulty or damaged (not due to misuse) are eligible for returns.
✔ Change of Mind: Due to the size and nature of Pilates equipment, returns for change of mind are not accepted.
✔ Unused & Original Packaging: If the product remains unused and in its original packaging, returns are allowed at the customer’s expense within 7 days of receipt.

✔ Exclusions: Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized repairs, scratches, or upholstery damage.
✔ Return Requirement: Some warranty claims may require product inspection before replacement is issued.
✔ Shipping Costs: Warranty does not cover shipping, customs clearance, or installation fees for replacement parts.
✔ Warranty Voided If:
✔ Metal & Aluminum Frames – 10 years
✔ Wooden Frames, Gear & Foot Bar Mechanisms – 5 years (Must not be placed near radiators or air conditioning.)
✔ Non-Wear & Tear Components – 2 years
✔ Ropes, Straps, Handles, Clips, Fuzzies, Wheels, Foot Straps, Rotational Disks & Powder Coating – 1 year
✔ Springs – 2 years or 3,000 hours (Replace after 3,000 hours or earlier if damaged.)
✔ Upholstery – 90 days (Covers normal wear; excludes cuts, burns, stains, or misuse.)
✔ Pre-Approval Required: Contact Align-Pilates or an authorized distributor for a return authorization number before sending any items.
✔ Customer Responsibility:
✔ No Other Warranties: Align-Pilates provides this exclusive warranty, replacing all other warranties (express or implied).
