The BenchK 111 is the Series 1 wall-bar set most buyers start with: the solid beech ladder plus an adjustable wooden pull-up bar that hooks onto any rung, so the bar height follows the user rather than the other way around. Capacity is 265 lb (120 kg), and the bar also serves as an anchor for straps and resistance bands.
The beech is hand oiled with an organic linseed-based oil approved for food contact, and the unit is certified to the European PN-EN 12346:2001 and PN-EN 913:2019-03 norms. Add the BenchK benchtop later and the pull-up bar becomes the support for a height-adjustable desk. Made in Poland.

Yes. Most reformers and equipment ship free via curbside freight delivery (liftgate included) in the continental US. Threshold and white-glove delivery are available on request for a quote. Hawaii, Alaska, and international destinations are quoted individually.
