The 700BW is the bare Series 7 ladder: steel frame, nine solid beech rungs, no fixed bar at the top. On its own it handles hangs, stretching, spine work, and mobility training, and it is the BenchK that disappears most gracefully into a living room, office, or studio wall.
It is built to grow. The Series 7 add-on system attaches a pull-up bar (fixed or adjustable), a dip bar that doubles as a barbell holder, a bench, rings, or a climbing rope when you are ready, all within about one square meter. Capacity is 330 lb (150 kg); installation is wall-only with a minimum height of 98.4" (250 cm). Made in Poland and certified to European gymnastic equipment norms.
