Inspect your shipment before signing and report any damage within 48 hours. You are responsible for unpacking and installation; threshold and white-glove options can be quoted before ordering.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging, with prior approval and an RMA number. Large equipment, custom-made products, and spare parts are not returnable, so confirm fit and configuration with us before you order. You can cancel free of charge any time before shipment.
Warranty
