The Compact Reformer brings BASI Systems' studio construction down to an 81.5-inch frame, about 14 inches shorter than the brand's flagship Reformer, without changing the materials: beech wood, aircraft-grade aluminum, hospital-grade antibacterial vinyl. It trades the flagship's gear system and EPS pulleys for a simpler riser-mounted VPS arrangement, which keeps setup quick for group classes and shared home use. Five springs cover the standard resistance range. Like every BASI machine, it carries four prepared ports, so the F2 System can be added later instead of bought up front. It is the right BASI reformer when floor space or budget rules out the studio model.

Shipping
Free curbside freight delivery within the continental US. BASI Systems equipment ships in protective honeycomb cardboard containers and typically arrives in 2–4 weeks. White-glove or inside delivery is available on request with a custom quote. Inspect your shipment before signing and report any damage within 48 hours.
Returns
Request a return authorization within 30 days of shipment for items in like-new condition with original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies and return shipping is at your cost; custom products, large equipment, and springs are not returnable. You can cancel free of charge any time before shipment.
Warranty
BASI Systems covers wooden frames and structural components for 10 years; steel and aluminum profiles, springs, and F2 systems for 2 years; elastomer-coated parts for 1 year; and upholstery for 90 days. As an authorized dealer we manage every claim for you. Full terms in the brand-by-brand policy.

Yes. Most reformers and equipment ship free via curbside freight delivery (liftgate included) in the continental US. Threshold and white-glove delivery are available on request for a quote. Hawaii, Alaska, and international destinations are quoted individually.
Every machine ships with the full manufacturer warranty, honored directly through Wellness Reformer as an authorized dealer. We coordinate any service claim on your behalf, no third-party runaround.
