The Bergamo is the family-size cabin in Dynamic's low-EMF line: 70 inches wide, four seats, eight FAR carbon panels wrapping the interior so nobody sits in a cold corner. The hemlock shell carries bronze tinted glass, exterior accent lighting and control panels both inside and out, details usually reserved for pricier full-spectrum models.
It still runs on 120V, but on a dedicated 20-amp circuit rather than a standard outlet, so plan one electrician visit before delivery day. The cabin holds 118 to 132°F and reaches 140°F, clasps together from three boxes and lives indoors. Buy it if the sauna will be shared most evenings.

Shipping
Free curbside freight delivery within the continental US. Units ship on pallets, typically dispatching in about 4 business days from California when in stock, with delivery in 1–2 weeks. The carrier calls 24–48 hours ahead to schedule a 4-hour window; plan to have help on hand for unloading. Inspect the crate before signing and note or refuse any damage.
Returns
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours. Unused saunas can be returned within 30 days of delivery with an RMA number; a 20% restocking fee plus round-trip freight applies, and used units are not returnable. Confirm space, doorway clearance, and electrical requirements with us before ordering.
Warranty
Heating elements and electronics are covered for 5 years of residential use (1 year commercial) and the wood structure for 1 year, valid for the original purchaser at the original installation site. Hybrid and outdoor models carry 5-year structural coverage and must be registered within 60 days of delivery. As an authorized dealer we manage every claim for you.
