The Premier Edition packs DCT's full chiller feature set into the smallest, lightest housings in the line: 62 lb for the 0.8 HP and 78 lb for the 1.0 HP, against the high-80s weights typical of this category. Both hold any water temperature from 37 to 85°F, so one machine covers cold plunges in summer and warm soaks in winter.
Water care is automated: a built-in ozone generator, two-stage 20-micron filtration and a self-priming pump run off a standard 120V outlet with GFCI in the unit. The Tuya app handles remote start and scheduling. Size the 0.8 HP to tubs up to 135 gallons and the 1.0 HP up to 150 gallons.

Shipping
Free curbside freight delivery within the continental US. Units ship on pallets, typically dispatching in about 4 business days from California when in stock, with delivery in 1–2 weeks. The carrier calls 24–48 hours ahead to schedule a 4-hour window; plan to have help on hand for unloading. Inspect the crate before signing and note or refuse any damage.
Returns
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours. Unused saunas can be returned within 30 days of delivery with an RMA number; a 20% restocking fee plus round-trip freight applies, and used units are not returnable. Confirm space, doorway clearance, and electrical requirements with us before ordering.
Warranty
Heating elements and electronics are covered for 5 years of residential use (1 year commercial) and the wood structure for 1 year, valid for the original purchaser at the original installation site. Hybrid and outdoor models carry 5-year structural coverage and must be registered within 60 days of delivery. As an authorized dealer we manage every claim for you. Do you ship across the continental United States?
Yes. Cold plunge tubs and chillers ship free via curbside freight delivery (liftgate included) in the continental US; compact inflatable tubs may ship via standard parcel instead. Threshold and white-glove delivery are available on request for a quote. Hawaii, Alaska, and international destinations are quoted individually.
What warranty is included?
Every unit ships with its manufacturer’s full warranty, honored directly through Wellness Reformer as an authorized dealer. Exact terms vary by brand, see the brand-by-brand policy, or ask us before you order. We coordinate any service claim on your behalf, no third-party runaround.
