It is made of stainless steel, anodized aluminum and Canadian maple wood finished in a smooth and glossy satin varnish. The aluminum parts are anodized for strength and durability. In addition, anodizing helps reduce friction and prevents oxidation.
The carriage has a strong interior frame, with adjustable alignment control, while the top surface features comfortable foam padding for perfect resilience, which provides great stability and safety.
The precision carriage system is mounted on a two-piece rail system that provides stable, smooth and quiet driving. The carriage uses an eight-wheel system: four vertical to support the carriage and four adjustable sides to align it between the frames.

The trapezoid structure is made of extra tough stainless steel, designed and built to provide a robust and stable area. All moving sections are locked in place using the fixing manuals: simply pull to unlock the position, slide to the new position and release the manual knob to lock the new position.
Eight connection points to the structure ensure that the trapezoid is attached to the maple base frame, providing maximum stability that also disperses the stress of the activities associated with the trapeze evenly throughout the frame.
The height of the bed is ideal for exercises in sitting, standing or lying position. For assisted work, the height of the table allows the instructor to comfortably attend to the user’s treatment.
Padded hanging trapeze bar with two short and strong springs (red) with protective covers to prevent pinching.
Push bar made of anodized aluminum and adjustable to four heights. It includes a safety strap that facilitates resistance exercises.
Solid sliding bar located on the horizontal bars. Here hangs the removable padded hanging trapeze. This bar is secured by manual knobs. To move, pull down slightly on the handles to release the slide bar and rotate them to secure their retention pins. This allows the user to slide the bar to the desired position.
Vertically adjustable horizontal bar located at one end of the trapezoid frame and above the reformer’s foot bar. It allows the user to define the height of their spring connection point for exercises from our outside the bed. With several spring fixing sites they offer good functionality.

The Trapeze/Cadillac table must be used by only one person at a time and not weigh more than 150 kg. The maximum weight limit for exercises while hanging from horizontal or fully suspended exercises is 90 kg.
Our machines are available in a fixed way in black and grey. To purchase them in other colors: ivory, blue, green or red, it is necessary to contact us as they are made on request.
Warranty Policy
Elina Pilates provides a warranty ensuring all new equipment is free of manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials, subject to the following terms:
- The warranty starts from the invoice date of the original purchase.
- Repairs or replacements under warranty are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
- Warranty applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
- Claims must be made within the specified warranty period.
- Warranty remains valid if necessary upgrades required by Elina Pilates are made.
Warranty Limitations
The warranty becomes void if:
- Equipment is misused, improperly maintained, stored outdoors, or exposed to unsuitable environments.
- At Home Reformers are used in commercial settings.
- Safety, maintenance, and usage guidelines are not followed.
- Equipment is subject to modifications not authorized by Elina Pilates.
- Springs on spring-loaded equipment are not replaced every two years.
- Warranty does not cover damages to the finish, shipping fees, customs clearance, or installation costs.

- Commercial & At-Home Reformers – Lifetime Warranty on aluminum rails, frame components, and Footbar mechanisms (excluding Comfort Footbar).
- Steel or Wood Combo Chair – Lifetime Warranty on metal frame, 2-Year Warranty on components, 90-Day Warranty on upholstery.
- Ladder Barrel – Lifetime Warranty on frame, 2-Year Warranty on components, 90-Day Warranty on upholstery.
- Wood or Aluminum Tower – Lifetime Warranty on frame, 2-Year Warranty on components, 1-Year Warranty on straps and spring clips.
- Wall Board & Wall Unit – 2-Year Warranty on components, 1-Year Warranty on straps and spring clips.
- Spine Corrector & Accessories – 2-Year Warranty on components, 90-Day Warranty on upholstery.
- Fabric & Upholstery – 90-Day Warranty (excludes cuts, burns, stains, pet damage, and misuse).

Return & Refund Policy
- Returns accepted within 14 days from receipt of the product.
- Only items purchased directly from Elina Pilates can be returned. Third-party purchases must be handled through the seller.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, instructions, and proof of purchase.
- Returns must be approved first by contacting usa@elinapilates.com.
- Once approved, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be issued and must be clearly visible on the package.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be received within 10 days of approval.
- Customer covers return shipping costs and is responsible for any damage or loss during transit.
- Cash-on-delivery (COD) returns will be rejected.
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-made products (special upholstery, configured equipment).
- Large equipment (Reformers, Cadillacs, Chairs, Barrels, Towers, etc.).
- Accessories, spare parts, special shipments, and reservation fees.
Warranty Return Procedure
- Contact usa@elinapilates.com to initiate a warranty claim.
- If approved, a return will be processed based on warranty terms.
- If an item is not covered by warranty, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Damaged items must be reported within 24-48 hours of delivery with proof of damage.
- If a defective product qualifies for replacement, it must be sent for inspection before a replacement is shipped.
- If the wrong item was sent, Elina Pilates covers the return shipping.
Once approved, refunds are immediately processed after inspection.
Shipping & Delivery
✔ Processing & Delivery Time: Orders typically ship within 7 to 14 business days, depending on stock availability.
✔ Shipping Restrictions: We ship within the continental U.S. only (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
✔ Freight Shipments: Large equipment is shipped via ground freight carrier, packed in a cardboard box and secured to a wooden skid.
✔ Curbside Delivery: Includes liftgate service; you are responsible for unpacking, installation, and disposal of packaging materials.
Inspection & Reporting Damages
✅ Upon Delivery: Inspect your order before signing the waybill. Note any visible damage to the outer box/skid on the carrier’s waybill.
✅ Authorized Signer: If someone else is signing for the package, they must be 18+ years old and aware of this inspection requirement.
🚫 Unreported Damage: We are not responsible for damages that are not reported at the time of delivery.
✅ Product Issues: Report any damage, missing, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
