Peak Pilates equipment ships by freight and typically arrives within 7–12 business days (about two weeks) of your order; we confirm timing for your address before it ships. Inspect your shipment before signing and report any damage within 48 hours. Threshold and white-glove delivery can be quoted before ordering.
Returns
Peak Pilates accepts returns within 30 days with an RMA and a 20% restocking fee, but reformers, Cadillacs, chairs, and springs are not returnable, so confirm model, size, and configuration with us before you order. You can cancel free of charge any time before shipment.
Warranty
