Three PureTech™ carbon panels, rated near-zero EMF at under 3MG measured 2 to 3 inches away, work alongside three near-infrared elements, covering near, mid, and far wavelengths in one cabin. A Himalayan salt bar sits below the bench, a touch screen panel runs heat, audio, and lighting, and the exterior carries ambient lighting. Construction is reforested Canadian hemlock with a bronze privacy glass door, on a 120V/15 amp plug-and-play connection. Buyers who only want FAR infrared can spend roughly half on the Dynamic line; this model is for those who specifically want full spectrum and the lowest EMF rating.

Shipping
Free curbside freight delivery within the continental US. Units ship on pallets, typically dispatching in about 4 business days from California when in stock, with delivery in 1–2 weeks. The carrier calls 24–48 hours ahead to schedule a 4-hour window; plan to have help on hand for unloading. Inspect the crate before signing and note or refuse any damage.
Returns
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours. Unused saunas can be returned within 30 days of delivery with an RMA number; a 20% restocking fee plus round-trip freight applies, and used units are not returnable. Confirm space, doorway clearance, and electrical requirements with us before ordering.
Warranty
Heating elements and electronics are covered for 5 years of residential use (1 year commercial) and the wood structure for 1 year, valid for the original purchaser at the original installation site. Hybrid and outdoor models carry 5-year structural coverage and must be registered within 60 days of delivery. As an authorized dealer we manage every claim for you.
