Most ladder barrels are fixed; the gap between ladder and barrel either fits your torso or it does not. BASI Systems mounts the barrel on linear slides with a hand-operated control you reach while standing, so each user sets the distance in seconds. The construction is the brand's usual recipe: a beech frame finished like furniture, a continuously curved orthopedic cushion, and antibacterial vinyl that takes studio-level cleaning. At 49 pounds it can be repositioned by one person. Prepared ports take the optional F2 spring kit, which turns the barrel into a light resistance station. Curbside freight delivery within the continental US, with the freight cost calculated at checkout. BASI Systems equipment ships in protective honeycomb cardboard containers and typically arrives in 2–4 weeks. White-glove or inside delivery is available on request with a custom quote. Inspect your shipment before signing and report any damage within 48 hours.
Returns
Request a return authorization within 30 days of shipment for items in like-new condition with original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies and return shipping is at your cost; custom products, large equipment, and springs are not returnable. You can cancel free of charge any time before shipment.
Warranty
BASI Systems covers wooden frames and structural components for 10 years; steel and aluminum profiles, springs, and F2 systems for 2 years; elastomer-coated parts for 1 year; and upholstery for 90 days. As an authorized dealer we manage every claim for you. Full terms in the brand-by-brand policy.
