The Master Instructor Physio adapts Elina Pilates' flagship wooden reformer for physiotherapy and rehabilitation. Its defining change is the raised bed, 23.62" (60 cm) from the floor, which lets a therapist treat a client from standing without crouching over the machine. The American maple frame, six-spring resistance system, horizontally traveling footbar, and included mini tower are shared with the standard Master Instructor, so the clinical version gives up nothing in exercise range. Rated for users up to 330.7 lb (150 kg), it arrives semi-assembled and is set up without professional help. Standard upholstery is black or gray, with additional colors on request.

Free curbside freight delivery within the continental US, liftgate included. Elina equipment typically ships within 7–14 business days depending on stock. Inspect your shipment before signing and report any damage within 48 hours. You are responsible for unpacking and installation; threshold and white-glove options can be quoted before ordering.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging, with prior approval and an RMA number. Large equipment, custom-made products, and spare parts are not returnable, so confirm fit and configuration with us before you order. You can cancel free of charge any time before shipment.
Warranty
Elina Pilates covers aluminum rails, frame components, and footbar mechanisms for life, other components for 2 years, and upholstery for 90 days. As an authorized dealer we manage every warranty claim for you. Full terms in the brand-by-brand policy.

Yes. Most reformers and equipment ship free via curbside freight delivery (liftgate included) in the continental US. Threshold and white-glove delivery are available on request for a quote. Hawaii, Alaska, and international destinations are quoted individually.
