The Master Instructor is the flagship of Elina Pilates' wooden line, built in American maple for instructors and commercial studios. A mini tower with adjustable pulleys comes in the bundle, so one machine handles reformer work plus spring and band exercises above the carriage. Its adjustment range is the widest in the brand's catalog, from a footbar that relocates horizontally along the frame to a six-spring resistance system and selectable bed damping. Free curbside freight delivery within the continental US, liftgate included. Elina equipment typically ships within 7–14 business days depending on stock. Inspect your shipment before signing and report any damage within 48 hours. You are responsible for unpacking and installation; threshold and white-glove options can be quoted before ordering.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging, with prior approval and an RMA number. Large equipment, custom-made products, and spare parts are not returnable, so confirm fit and configuration with us before you order. You can cancel free of charge any time before shipment.
Warranty
Elina Pilates covers aluminum rails, frame components, and footbar mechanisms for life, other components for 2 years, and upholstery for 90 days. As an authorized dealer we manage every warranty claim for you. Full terms in the brand-by-brand policy.

Yes. Most reformers and equipment ship free via curbside freight delivery (liftgate included) in the continental US. Threshold and white-glove delivery are available on request for a quote. Hawaii, Alaska, and international destinations are quoted individually.
