The Bellevue is the three-person cabin in Maxxus's J-series: 61″ wide outside, 57″ inside, in reforested Canadian hemlock with a tempered glass door and two full-length side windows. Seven Carbon Tech FAR infrared panels carry the low-EMF rating of 5–10MG measured 2 to 3 inches away, and a floor-mounted foot reflexology heater comes standard, a heating element the straight K-series cabins do not include. Audio is Bluetooth and MP3 auxiliary through two speakers with a pre-amp. It needs a dedicated 120V/20 amp outlet and breaker, so factor in an electrician; households of two without that circuit should consider the 15 amp Seattle instead.
The J-series adds floor-level heat to the familiar Maxxus construction.

Shipping
Free curbside freight delivery within the continental US. Units ship on pallets, typically dispatching in about 4 business days from California when in stock, with delivery in 1–2 weeks. The carrier calls 24–48 hours ahead to schedule a 4-hour window; plan to have help on hand for unloading. Inspect the crate before signing and note or refuse any damage.
Returns
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours. Unused saunas can be returned within 30 days of delivery with an RMA number; a 20% restocking fee plus round-trip freight applies, and used units are not returnable. Confirm space, doorway clearance, and electrical requirements with us before ordering.
Warranty
Heating elements and electronics are covered for 5 years of residential use (1 year commercial) and the wood structure for 1 year, valid for the original purchaser at the original installation site. Hybrid and outdoor models carry 5-year structural coverage and must be registered within 60 days of delivery. As an authorized dealer we manage every claim for you.
