The Mentor with Tower is the full-height version of Elina Pilates' professional aluminum reformer. An anodized aluminum frame on steel feet keeps the machine rigid in daily studio rotation while staying lighter to move than the wooden line, and the tower extends the work upward to 74.41" (189 cm) with a ballet bar, adjustable pulleys, and numbered uprights for repeatable client setups. The reformer side carries the brand's professional hardware: a horizontally sliding footbar, six springs, retractable cord storage, and selectable bed damping. It ships semi-assembled and is set up without professional help.

Free curbside freight delivery within the continental US, liftgate included. Elina equipment typically ships within 7–14 business days depending on stock. Inspect your shipment before signing and report any damage within 48 hours. You are responsible for unpacking and installation; threshold and white-glove options can be quoted before ordering.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging, with prior approval and an RMA number. Large equipment, custom-made products, and spare parts are not returnable, so confirm fit and configuration with us before you order. You can cancel free of charge any time before shipment.
Warranty
Elina Pilates covers aluminum rails, frame components, and footbar mechanisms for life, other components for 2 years, and upholstery for 90 days. As an authorized dealer we manage every warranty claim for you. Full terms in the brand-by-brand policy.

Yes. Most reformers and equipment ship free via curbside freight delivery (liftgate included) in the continental US. Threshold and white-glove delivery are available on request for a quote. Hawaii, Alaska, and international destinations are quoted individually.
