Warranty Policy

1-year limited warranty on metal frame parts of the machine.
Excluded: springs, handles, loops, cables, padding, upholstery, non-stick surfaces, and normal wear & tear.
Warranty voided by misuse, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or failure to follow instructions.
Claims must be submitted within 1 year via email (go@pilatesproworks.com), with description and photos/videos.
If approved, replacement or repair will be arranged. Buyer pays return shipping; company covers replacement shipping.
Delivery damage must be reported within 3 business days.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns allowed within 14 days of receiving the machine.
Must email go@pilatesproworks.com within 14 days for return request.
RMA number required and must be displayed on package.
Once RMA issued, item must be shipped back within 7 days.
Item must be in original condition, no visible wear.
Buyer pays return shipping and assumes risk of damage/loss.
Refunds issued after inspection.
Returns without RMA or damaged due to poor packaging may be refused.

Solid Home Reformer

Really solid and smooth machine, feels like studio quality. I just wish it came with a couple more video guides for beginners. Other than that, I’m super happy with it and use it several times a week.
