The Elina Pilates Master Instructor is a state-of-the-art professional reformer that features a careful design with contemporary lines and high-quality finishes that make it a very attractive machine.
It includes everything necessary for a complete workout, also adding new additional features to those of a traditional reformer. The versatility of this reformer allows performing hundreds of exercises adapted to all levels, from beginner to advanced.
At Elina Pilates, we are always committed to quality, which is why this reformer is made of American maple wood, ideal for providing the machine with the necessary firmness, stability and durability.
In order to better adapt to the needs of each user, the Master Instructor is available in two bed heights (38 cm and 49 cm from the ground).

Structure
- Made with light-toned American maple wood.
- Waterproof varnish that protects the wood from wear and tear.
Tower
- Tower made of aluminum with hexagonal profiles that facilitates a firm grip and prevents slipping. With a quick system for changing the position of all its components. Easy to assembly and disassembly.
- Height adjustable pulleys.
- Numbered both on its side and on the back. It allows performing exercises on both sides of it.
- Adjustable hooks for placing springs or elastic bands, both on the front and on the back.
Foot bar
- "Quick release" change system with seven positions.
- Mechanism that allows to move the foot bar horizontally, thus facilitating the performance of a large number of exercises.
- Padded bar to prevent slipping of feet and hands.
Trolley
- Ultra-quiet trolley thanks to its eight special polyurethane wheels and high-precision bearings.

Our reformers are available in eight standard upholstery colors (black, grey, blue, green, red, ivory, ocean blue and cream) and in more than one hundred customizable upholstery colors at the client's choice (contact us for more details).

Warranty and Maintenance
Elina Pilates are safe and robust machines that also have a 10-year warranty on the structure and a 2-year warranty for the rest of the parts.
Maintenance Tips
Wheels, Regulating Bars and Guides| In order to guarantee the proper functioning of the wheel bearings, the regulating bars of the springs and the guides on which the trolley slides, it is recommended to clean and lubricate them periodically.
Upholstery | Clean with water and a microfiber cloth. For deeper stains, use a tablespoon of detergent diluted in 1.5 liters of water.
Springs | To maintain the tension and safety of the springs, it is recommended to change them approximately every two years, although this will depend on the intensity of use.

Warranty Policy
Elina Pilates provides a warranty ensuring all new equipment is free of manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials, subject to the following terms:
- The warranty starts from the invoice date of the original purchase.
- Repairs or replacements under warranty are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
- Warranty applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
- Claims must be made within the specified warranty period.
- Warranty remains valid if necessary upgrades required by Elina Pilates are made.
Warranty Limitations
The warranty becomes void if:
- Equipment is misused, improperly maintained, stored outdoors, or exposed to unsuitable environments.
- At Home Reformers are used in commercial settings.
- Safety, maintenance, and usage guidelines are not followed.
- Equipment is subject to modifications not authorized by Elina Pilates.
- Springs on spring-loaded equipment are not replaced every two years.
- Warranty does not cover damages to the finish, shipping fees, customs clearance, or installation costs.
Warranty Coverage for Equipment
- Commercial & At-Home Reformers – Lifetime Warranty on aluminum rails, frame components, and Footbar mechanisms (excluding Comfort Footbar).
- Steel or Wood Combo Chair – Lifetime Warranty on metal frame, 2-Year Warranty on components, 90-Day Warranty on upholstery.
- Ladder Barrel – Lifetime Warranty on frame, 2-Year Warranty on components, 90-Day Warranty on upholstery.
- Wood or Aluminum Tower – Lifetime Warranty on frame, 2-Year Warranty on components, 1-Year Warranty on straps and spring clips.
- Wall Board & Wall Unit – 2-Year Warranty on components, 1-Year Warranty on straps and spring clips.
- Spine Corrector & Accessories – 2-Year Warranty on components, 90-Day Warranty on upholstery.
- Fabric & Upholstery – 90-Day Warranty (excludes cuts, burns, stains, pet damage, and misuse).

Return & Refund Policy
- Returns accepted within 14 days from receipt of the product.
- Only items purchased directly from Elina Pilates can be returned. Third-party purchases must be handled through the seller.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, instructions, and proof of purchase.
- Returns must be approved first by contacting usa@elinapilates.com.
- Once approved, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be issued and must be clearly visible on the package.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be received within 10 days of approval.
- Customer covers return shipping costs and is responsible for any damage or loss during transit.
- Cash-on-delivery (COD) returns will be rejected.
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-made products (special upholstery, configured equipment).
- Large equipment (Reformers, Cadillacs, Chairs, Barrels, Towers, etc.).
- Accessories, spare parts, special shipments, and reservation fees.
Warranty Return Procedure
- Contact usa@elinapilates.com to initiate a warranty claim.
- If approved, a return will be processed based on warranty terms.
- If an item is not covered by warranty, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Damaged items must be reported within 24-48 hours of delivery with proof of damage.
- If a defective product qualifies for replacement, it must be sent for inspection before a replacement is shipped.
- If the wrong item was sent, Elina Pilates covers the return shipping.
Once approved, refunds are immediately processed after inspection.
Shipping & Delivery
✔ Processing & Delivery Time: Orders typically ship within 7 to 14 business days, depending on stock availability.
✔ Shipping Restrictions: We ship within the continental U.S. only (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
✔ Freight Shipments: Large equipment is shipped via ground freight carrier, packed in a cardboard box and secured to a wooden skid.
✔ Curbside Delivery: Includes liftgate service; you are responsible for unpacking, installation, and disposal of packaging materials.
Inspection & Reporting Damages
✅ Upon Delivery: Inspect your order before signing the waybill. Note any visible damage to the outer box/skid on the carrier’s waybill.
✅ Authorized Signer: If someone else is signing for the package, they must be 18+ years old and aware of this inspection requirement.
🚫 Unreported Damage: We are not responsible for damages that are not reported at the time of delivery.
✅ Product Issues: Report any damage, missing, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns & Refunds
✔ Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
✔ Restocking Fee: Returns may be subject to a restocking fee, depending on the product.
