BASI Systems builds equipment for the method Rael Isacowitz founded, and this Reformer is its reference machine. Two systems define it. The gear bar gives each of the five springs three positions, roughly 3 to 4 percent of resistance apart, so loading is staged in steps small enough for rehabilitation work or picky clients. The EPS half tower frees the pulleys from fixed mounting points: height and width both adjust to the body on the carriage. Everything rides on aircraft-grade aluminum over a beech frame, and the same frame later accepts tower and Cadillac conversions. It is the machine to buy when the person adjusting it knows exactly what they want.

Free curbside freight delivery within the continental US. BASI Systems equipment ships in protective honeycomb cardboard containers and typically arrives in 2–4 weeks. White-glove or inside delivery is available on request with a custom quote. Inspect your shipment before signing and report any damage within 48 hours.
Returns
Request a return authorization within 30 days of shipment for items in like-new condition with original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies and return shipping is at your cost; custom products, large equipment, and springs are not returnable. You can cancel free of charge any time before shipment.
Warranty
BASI Systems covers wooden frames and structural components for 10 years; steel and aluminum profiles, springs, and F2 systems for 2 years; elastomer-coated parts for 1 year; and upholstery for 90 days. As an authorized dealer we manage every claim for you. Full terms in the brand-by-brand policy.
