The Fisio is the physiotherapy version of Elina Pilates' wooden reformer, built in rock maple and stainless steel with a full tower and a bed set at either 13" (33 cm) or 18.9" (48 cm) from the floor. The taller bed lets clients with reduced mobility or back problems get on and off with less effort, and puts the practitioner at treatment height.
With the tower handling leg springs, arm springs, push-through, and roll-down work, one machine covers most of the spring repertoire a clinic needs. If the raised bed is not relevant to your clients, the standard wooden reformer or the Elite is the cheaper, easier-to-store choice.

Shipping
Free curbside freight delivery within the continental US, liftgate included. Elina equipment typically ships within 7–14 business days depending on stock. Inspect your shipment before signing and report any damage within 48 hours. You are responsible for unpacking and installation; threshold and white-glove options can be quoted before ordering.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging, with prior approval and an RMA number. Large equipment, custom-made products, and spare parts are not returnable, so confirm fit and configuration with us before you order. You can cancel free of charge any time before shipment.
Warranty
Elina Pilates covers aluminum rails, frame components, and footbar mechanisms for life, other components for 2 years, and upholstery for 90 days. As an authorized dealer we manage every warranty claim for you. Full terms in the brand-by-brand policy.

Yes. Most reformers and equipment ship free via curbside freight delivery (liftgate included) in the continental US. Threshold and white-glove delivery are available on request for a quote. Hawaii, Alaska, and international destinations are quoted individually.
Every machine ships with the full manufacturer warranty, honored directly through Wellness Reformer as an authorized dealer. We coordinate any service claim on your behalf, no third-party runaround.
