Its carriage rides 8 polyurethane wheels on anodized, self-centering aluminum runners for a long, quiet stroke, and the patent-pending Rapid Change spring bar changes resistance with one hand, which keeps group classes moving. It is the most expandable machine in the series: Half Cadillac and Full Cadillac frames, leg extensions, freestanding legs, a jump board, and a mattress converter can turn one reformer into a complete apparatus station over time. Returns
Align Pilates accepts returns for faulty or transit-damaged items reported within 3 working days of delivery; it does not accept change-of-mind returns. If you are unsure about size or configuration, talk to us before ordering and we will confirm fit for your space. You can cancel free of charge any time before shipment.
Warranty
Align Pilates covers metal and aluminum frames for 10 years; wooden frames, gears, and footbar mechanisms for 5 years; non-wear components for 2 years; springs for 2 years or 3,000 hours; ropes, straps, and wheels for 1 year; and upholstery for 90 days. Yes. Most reformers and equipment ship free via curbside freight delivery (liftgate included) in the continental US. Threshold and white-glove delivery are available on request for a quote. Hawaii, Alaska, and international destinations are quoted individually.
Every machine ships with the full manufacturer warranty, honored directly through Wellness Reformer as an authorized dealer. We coordinate any service claim on your behalf, no third-party runaround.
