The R8 Pro is Align Pilates' entry into the light commercial class, and its design brief was deliberately backward-looking: the 8-wheel layout copies the geometry of Joseph Pilates' original reformers, from carriage and footbar distances to spring bar positions and machine height. Around that classic frame sits modern hardware, with silent ropes in place of leather straps, rope risers adjustable through up to 9 heights, and the patent-pending Rapid Change spring bar. Four springs come fitted and there is space for a fifth when you want finer resistance steps. It is the right machine for home students and smaller studios; busy commercial floors get more capacity and longer travel from the C8-Pro or A8 Pro.

Shipping
Free curbside freight delivery within the continental US. Inspect your shipment at delivery: Align Pilates requires any transit issue to be reported within 3 working days, so check the cartons before the driver leaves. You are responsible for unpacking and installation; threshold and white-glove options can be quoted before ordering.
Returns
Align Pilates accepts returns for faulty or transit-damaged items reported within 3 working days of delivery; it does not accept change-of-mind returns. If you are unsure about size or configuration, talk to us before ordering and we will confirm fit for your space. You can cancel free of charge any time before shipment.
Warranty
Align Pilates covers metal and aluminum frames for 10 years; wooden frames, gears, and footbar mechanisms for 5 years; non-wear components for 2 years; springs for 2 years or 3,000 hours; ropes, straps, and wheels for 1 year; and upholstery for 90 days. Yes. Most reformers and equipment ship free via curbside freight delivery (liftgate included) in the continental US. Threshold and white-glove delivery are available on request for a quote. Hawaii, Alaska, and international destinations are quoted individually.
Every machine ships with the full manufacturer warranty, honored directly through Wellness Reformer as an authorized dealer. We coordinate any service claim on your behalf, no third-party runaround.
