The BenchK 100 is the simplest unit in the Series 1 line: solid beech wall bars with 8 oval rungs, hand oiled with an organic linseed-based oil that is approved for food contact. It mounts to the wall, needs about 5.4 sq ft (0.5 m²) of wall space, and carries users up to 265 lb (120 kg).
It suits stretching, spine mobility, and hanging work on its own, and the frame accepts BenchK's Series 1 pull-up bar, benchtop, rings, and climbing rope if you add them later. Certified to the European PN-EN 12346:2001 and PN-EN 913:2019-03 norms and made in Poland.
Series 1 is BenchK's all-wood line, built in Poland to professional gymnastic-equipment norms.
