A fixed steel 6-grip bar, 46″ (116.5 cm) wide, sits permanently at the top of the frame with non-slip handles for wide, neutral, and close grips, all at the frame's full 330 lb (150 kg) rating, and it doubles as an anchor for bands and straps.
Below it, the powder-coated steel ladder with 8 oiled beech rungs handles stretching, spine work, and core training. Certified to PN-EN 12346:2001 and PN-EN 913:2019-03 and approved for public institutions. Check ceiling clearance above the bar before ordering. Made in Poland.
