The Cadillac is the apparatus for spring work in every plane: a raised leather bed inside a four-post American rock maple frame, carrying short springs, long springs, trapeze springs, push-through bar, and roll-down bar. The 22.8" (58 cm) bed height is the working detail instructors notice, since clients sit, stand, and lie at a height the teacher can treat from comfortably.
This is a permanent installation for studios and rehab rooms: 98.8" (251 cm) long and 238 lb (108 kg) once assembled. Studios that need the same footprint to host reformer classes should consider the brand's convertible Cadillac Reformer, which switches between both roles.

Shipping
Free curbside freight delivery within the continental US, liftgate included. Elina equipment typically ships within 7–14 business days depending on stock. Inspect your shipment before signing and report any damage within 48 hours. You are responsible for unpacking and installation; threshold and white-glove options can be quoted before ordering.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging, with prior approval and an RMA number. Large equipment, custom-made products, and spare parts are not returnable, so confirm fit and configuration with us before you order. You can cancel free of charge any time before shipment.
Warranty
Elina Pilates covers aluminum rails, frame components, and footbar mechanisms for life, other components for 2 years, and upholstery for 90 days. As an authorized dealer we manage every warranty claim for you. Full terms in the brand-by-brand policy.

Yes. Most reformers and equipment ship free via curbside freight delivery (liftgate included) in the continental US. Threshold and white-glove delivery are available on request for a quote. Hawaii, Alaska, and international destinations are quoted individually.
Every machine ships with the full manufacturer warranty, honored directly through Wellness Reformer as an authorized dealer. We coordinate any service claim on your behalf, no third-party runaround.
