The Queen Studio sits at the top of Core Collab's classical reformer line: full-size, non-folding, built on a commercial-grade aluminum frame for daily duty in working studios. The manufacturer's current spec lists six plated commercial springs, a heavier set than standard reformer springs, and the carriage glide stays quiet enough for shared spaces and home rooms. Footbar, ropes, shoulder rests and headrest all adjust, so one machine serves clients across a 4'11" to 6'3" range at up to 330 lb. The package adds a jumpboard, box and standing platform, a circle and ball pack, and three months of the brand's class app. If the reformer must clear the floor between sessions, choose the Queen Foldable instead.

Returns
Core Collab backs every reformer with a 21-day trial: use it at home, and if it is not right for you, return it for a refund even after use. You cover return shipping and follow the disassembly and packaging instructions; refunds are processed after inspection. You can cancel free of charge any time before shipment.
Warranty
Core Collab covers all reformers with a 10-year warranty against defects under normal use. As an authorized dealer we manage every claim for you. Full terms in the brand-by-brand policy.

Yes. Most reformers and equipment ship free via curbside freight delivery (liftgate included) in the continental US. Threshold and white-glove delivery are available on request for a quote. Hawaii, Alaska, and international destinations are quoted individually.
Every machine ships with the full manufacturer warranty, honored directly through Wellness Reformer as an authorized dealer. We coordinate any service claim on your behalf, no third-party runaround.
