The Avila is the cabin most buyers start with: 39 inches wide, Canadian hemlock, seven low-EMF FAR carbon panels placed for even heat from calves to shoulders. It occupies about the floor space of a closet, plugs into a regular 120V/15-amp outlet and clasps together without tools, so it goes from boxes to first session in an afternoon with two people.
The cabin holds an ideal range of 118 to 132°F and reaches 140°F. Chromotherapy lighting with a red light feature and a Bluetooth sound system are built in. Dynamic rates it for one or two people; treat it as a generous solo cabin that can take a second occupant.

Shipping
Free curbside freight delivery within the continental US. Units ship on pallets, typically dispatching in about 4 business days from California when in stock, with delivery in 1–2 weeks. The carrier calls 24–48 hours ahead to schedule a 4-hour window; plan to have help on hand for unloading. Inspect the crate before signing and note or refuse any damage.
Returns
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours. Unused saunas can be returned within 30 days of delivery with an RMA number; a 20% restocking fee plus round-trip freight applies, and used units are not returnable. Confirm space, doorway clearance, and electrical requirements with us before ordering.
Warranty
Heating elements and electronics are covered for 5 years of residential use (1 year commercial) and the wood structure for 1 year, valid for the original purchaser at the original installation site. Hybrid and outdoor models carry 5-year structural coverage and must be registered within 60 days of delivery. As an authorized dealer we manage every claim for you.
