The Gracia exists for one buyer: the taller person who sat in a standard compact sauna and grazed the ceiling. It keeps the 39" footprint of Dynamic's small cabins but rises to 75" outside and 68" inside, two extra inches of headroom that change how the cabin feels at six feet tall. Seven low-EMF carbon panels, rated 5 to 10 mG at sitting distance, line the hemlock interior.
Like its siblings it plugs into a regular 120V/15-amp outlet, clasps together without tools and carries chromotherapy lighting, a red light feature and Bluetooth audio. Ideal range is 118 to 132°F with a 140°F ceiling. Indoor use only.

Shipping
Free curbside freight delivery within the continental US. Units ship on pallets, typically dispatching in about 4 business days from California when in stock, with delivery in 1–2 weeks. The carrier calls 24–48 hours ahead to schedule a 4-hour window; plan to have help on hand for unloading. Inspect the crate before signing and note or refuse any damage.
Returns
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours. Unused saunas can be returned within 30 days of delivery with an RMA number; a 20% restocking fee plus round-trip freight applies, and used units are not returnable. Confirm space, doorway clearance, and electrical requirements with us before ordering.
Warranty
Heating elements and electronics are covered for 5 years of residential use (1 year commercial) and the wood structure for 1 year, valid for the original purchaser at the original installation site. Hybrid and outdoor models carry 5-year structural coverage and must be registered within 60 days of delivery. As an authorized dealer we manage every claim for you. Yes. Most reformers and equipment ship free via curbside freight delivery (liftgate included) in the continental US. Threshold and white-glove delivery are available on request for a quote. Hawaii, Alaska, and international destinations are quoted individually.
