Dynamic Saunas are constructed of environmentally-friendly Canadian Hemlock wood planks. Our saunas feature energy efficient Low EMF FAR infrared heating panels that help relax and rejuvenate the body. Dynamic Saunas can be installed on carpet or any indoor location including basements, master baths, walk in closets or can be added to a fitness room.

Warranty Policy

  • Heating Elements & Electronics: Up to 5 years (some models lifetime).

  • Wood Structure: 1–2 years.

  • Warranty valid for original purchaser at original installation site.

  • Excludes misuse, outdoor placement, modifications, tampering with serial numbers.

  • Buyer pays shipping for warranty parts.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours.

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Requires RMA number.

  • Fees:

    • 20% restocking fee (for certain returns).

    • Outbound + inbound shipping (inbound = 120% of outbound).

    • Storage and routing fees if applicable.

  • No returns for used products.
